and/or candles on pews.

Bring guest book, programs, ring
pillow, etc. to ceremony site and
placing or distributing to
appropriate people.

Instructing participants of specific
duties (groomsman to seat mothers,
roll out aisle runner, greeters to
hand out programs, etc.)

Line up bridal party in correct
order and send them down the aisle
at the appropriate time.

Straighten bride's train before she
goes down the aisle.

Clean and straighten dressing rooms.

Retrieve ceremony items and return
to your home or other appropriate
place.

Organize guests to prepare for bride
and groom exiting the ceremony site.

Gather participants for post wedding
photography.

Put place cards on place card table
or on guest tables.

Put favors and disposable cameras on
guest tables, card basket on gift
table and cake knives on cake table.

Organize wedding party to prepare to
be announced.

Keep the reception flowing with the
help of caterer and DJ or band
leader.

Find participants for events (father
for father / daughter dance, wedding
party for bridal party dance, etc.)

Assist guests with questions and
locations of places during the
event.

Packing and delivery of all gifts to
your home or other appropriate
location.
