Pre-Wedding Weekend

1. We will meet with you three times prior to the wedding to review contracts and wedding plans.
2. The third meeting will occur 4 four weeks prior to the wedding where we will prepare detailed wedding week timeline in coordination with you and contractors.
3. We will guide you in assembling all items needed for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
4. We will come to your home and pick up all needed items for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception and deliver to the proper place.
5. Ensure all appropriate contractors and bridal party members have the wedding weekend timeline.
6. Work with reception location to ensure all of your contracted needs are being met.

Rehearsal & Ceremony

1. Attend and manage rehearsal to ensure all people know their roles and duties.
2. Work with your ceremony contractors or church officials to assign duties such as putting pew bows and/or candles on pews.
3. Pinning boutonnieres and corsages on appropriate people.
4. Bring guest book, programs, ring pillow, etc. to ceremony site and placing or distributing to appropriate people.
5. Instructing participants of specific duties (groomsman to seat mothers, roll out aisle runner, ushers to hand out programs, etc.)
6. Organize and manage pre-ceremony including dressing rooms, reserved seating, choreography and timing of processional and recessional and receiving line.
7. Line up bridal party in correct order and release them down the aisle at the appropriate time.
8. Straighten bride's train before she goes down the aisle.
9. Clean and straighten dressing rooms.
10. Retrieve ceremony items and return to your home or other appropriate place.
11. Organize guests to prepare for bride and groom exiting the ceremony site.
12. Bustle wedding dress
13. Assist photographer to gather participants for post wedding photography.
14. Work with appropriate people to put place cards on place card table or on guest tables.
15. Work with appropriate people to put favors and disposable cameras on guest tables, card basket on gift table and cake knives on cake table.
16. Organize wedding party to prepare to be announced.
17. Keep the reception flowing with the help of caterer and DJ or band leader.
18. Find participants for events (father for father / daughter dance, wedding party for bridal party dance, etc.)
19. Assist guests with questions and locations of places during the event.
20. Packing and delivery of all gifts to your home or other appropriate location.
21. Package and deliver all event items (cake knife, guest book, etc) to your home or other appropriate location.
22. This package comes with unlimited contact via phone, email, TM, IM, etc.
23. Bring emergency kit to handle those little mishaps (extra pair of socks, floral wire to make that broken rose stem stand up again, scissors, needle and thread, etc.)

7. Custom Power Point projection presentation at the reception with photos/script provided by client.  ($750 value)

This package is for the bride who wants a professionally produced wedding with no effort on her part.  Here you give us a budget, tell us a theme and wedding fairy tale you want to see and we will work our magic!  You have the option of receiving monthly updates or personalized meetings to keep you abreast of the latest developments, and we will meet with each contractor prior to your wedding to ensure that everything goes according to your wishes. We will also take care of arranging guest accommodations, pick up and deliver things such as your wedding gown, tuxedos and hospitality baskets. We will be there at the rehearsal dinner and wedding to coordinate every detail from start to finish, and will ensure that everything is returned and in order when the wedding is over. This package includes a wedding website.
